Ally & John had a Hudson House wedding reception in Jersey City, NJ, with a ceremony at St. Henry’s Roman Catholic Church in Bayonne, NJ.

It was funny that John’s brother Nathan talked about luck in his speech, because looking at the forecast on Ally & John’s wedding day, it definitely supported his notion that “Johnny A” was a bit unlucky.

The day started out rainy and overcast while Ally & John got ready at their respective parents homes. However, it was dry enough that they were able to get outside and have some moments with their friends and family before heading over to St. Henry’s in Bayonne for their wedding ceremony.

As we drove over to the church, the skies started to clear. The rest of the day was not only gorgeous, but unseasonably warm for a late December wedding day overlooking New York City and the Statue of Liberty at Hudson House wedding venue.

Their Hudson House wedding reception in Jersey City, New Jersey was iconic. With amazing views of the city from the ballroom, they were able to share so many amazing moments together, and every angle was just a joy for me to film and edit!

As I spent the day with Ally & John, I could tell Nathan was right – John’s luck had clearly turned, because he and Ally were lucky to find each other and have an incredible wedding day.
