Haley & Brian had their wedding at the Queen in Wilmington, DE

Haley guessed what Brian was thinking: “Brian’s like, when do I stop smiling?”

She then answered for him: “You don’t.”

That wasn’t much of a problem on their incredible wedding day! They’d come a long way since junior prom, and after their first look just outside the Hotel DuPont in Wilmington, DE, the smiles just kept on, through their beautiful portrait session in Rodney Square, through their party at the Queen down the street.

Haley and Brian have different personalities – as their officiant Alex noted, “Haley and Brian, they complement each other in different & surprising ways. Haley, ever the extrovert, brings Brian out of his shell. While Brian keeps Haley mellow, with a combination of snark and his calm demeanor.”

What struck me was that despite their personality differences, it’s clear what they want in life is the same.

Recounting the moment that Brian proposed, Haley said, “He said he wanted every day to be like today, where we are together, with our dogs, in our house, just happy,”

She then said, when we asked what she wanted going forward with Brian, “I just want more of those days. I just want to live every day with Brian, and see where life takes us.”

This day was a great start.
