Planning a Wedding 2021

How to Plan a Wedding during a Pandemic | 2021 Weddings | Say Yes to the Best

September 22, 2020

In this episode I got to talk with Alyson of Truly, Madly, Deeply Weddings about 2021.

2020 has been all-encompassing, with everyone trying to make the most of a truly unique situation, both with weddings and in general. But as we are into the fall and 2021 is coming up, what should couples who are planning a wedding in 2021 do? I think couples who postponed, newly engaged couples, and us wedding vendors were all hoping that things would be back to “normal” in 2021 but at this point, the reality is 2021 weddings will have some of the same issues and restrictions as 2020. So what should an engaged couple do?

Alyson of TMD Weddings is a Delaware based wedding planning, doing a lot of events at the Delaware Shore and the Eastern Shore of Maryland. She touches on a lot of things couples should be thinking about with restrictions and having their wedding, but the main takeaway Alyson talked about was to not let restrictions dominate the way you feel about your wedding. It will still be an amazing day, you’ll still be married, and all your friends, family, and wedding vendors are going to do what they can to make your day every it as amazing as you want it to be!
